eLearning Development: I build eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline or Rise 360. I love building scenario-based modules where employees have opportunities to practice specific performance behaviors. And I integrate elements of gamification - I am not a proponent of boring learning modules!
Job aids: Employees must have access to information when they need it. I create instructionally-sound job aids to support learning initiatives and performance outcomes.
Standard Operating Procedures: I can translate your complex documentation into easy-to-understand instructions for your employees to follow.
